paper walls unreliable shower
the noise level was something else. i swear, the walls were made of paper. i could hear every cough, conversation, and questionable tv show from the neighboring rooms. plus, the shower had this charming habit of alternating between freezing cold and scalding hot. talk about an invigorating wake-up call...

good size decent room tired hotel dusty surface
the room was a good size, also the dinner and breakfast were acceptable.
the hotel appears tired with poor condition throughout, and carpets badly needed vacuuming throughout my stay. there was dust on surfaces in the restaurant.

The staff was really good. They were friendly and polite. The staff presented themselves in a very genuine way. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Carpets and chairs were stained in the room. Decor and furniture were tired. Some parts of the bathroom could have done with extra attention when being cleaned.

clean pool cozy bar area fresh fruit
The pool was clean and refreshing, i had a great swim after a long day. the bar area was cozy, and i enjoyed a nice evening drink. the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. I especially liked the selection of fresh fruit.
the television remote in my room needed new batteries.

the reception staff offered quick assistance with directions and local attractions. they were available 24/7. the housekeeping team kept all areas very tidy. i got quick responses with any issue i had.

The leisure club includes a swimming pool, a sauna, and a gym. the gym had three treadmills and a selection of free weights. free parking was available for all guests on the premises. It was so easy to get a space.

the on-site restaurant offered a varied menu with vegetarian options. the food was AMAZING!!! breakfast started early, at 7 am, nice for an early start to the day. i enjoyed a nice lunch.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities (a very nice touch). A flat screen TV was available. The king size bed was comfy. The spa facilities are excellent.

the hotel provided good leisure facilities (i especially enjoyed the pool). the room was quite spacious with nice towels.
the water system made a loud noise when in use. there was only one working lightbulb in the bathroom ceiling, a problem.
